What do you need?
----------------------------

  • 10 brown eggs
  • 3 tsp tea (or 3 tea bags) in your favorite flavor
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt

How do you make it?
-------------------------------

1.     Put all ingredients in a pot with cold water covering the eggs. Boil for 15 min.

2.     Once cool, break all the eggs INSIDE the pot by breaking the shells into small pieces but NOT removing them from the eggs.

3.     Let sit for at least 2-3 hours (preferably overnight) 

4.     Now, take the eggs out of the pot, and peel away the shells.....
