Stir-Fried Shrimp

What do you need?
-------------------------
1 lb large shrimp (without shell and cut in half the long way) 
3 tsp cooking wine 
1/2 tsp salt 
1 tsp soy sauce 
2 tsp sugar 
1/2 tsp vinegar 
3 tsp cornstarch 
1/2 cup vegetable oil 
1 scallion (shredded) 
1 tsp ginger (shredded)

How do you turn these into a delicious dish?

1. Put shrimp in a bowl with salt and 2 tsp cooking wine. Mix well and let stand for 10 minutes. 
2. Add 2 tsp cornstarch into the bowl, mix well with the shrimp. 
3. In a separate bowl mix sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, 1 tsp cornstarch, 1 tsp cooking wine, and 1 cup of water together. 
4. Heat oil in the wok on medium high and put the shrimp in. Fry until they are well done and then take them out. 
5. Use the oil left in the wok to stir-fry the ginger and scallion for 10 seconds. Then add the mixed sauce. Turn the heat to high and add the shrimp mix for 1 minute. 
 
Done!
