What do you need?

  • 0.5 pounds rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

How do you turn these into a delicious dish?

1. Cut the green onion into small pieces and set aside.

2. Crack the egg into a bowl and beat it until well mixed. Put this to this side as well.

3. Add vegetable oil into a wok at medium heat and add the green onion, soy sauce, sugar, and white pepper powder. Add rice and fry for 5 minutes.

4. When the rice changes color, add the egg becomes a liquid, fry for 1 minute and turn off the wok.
