What do you need?
------------------------

3 eggs

0.75 pounds of meat stuffing

2 mushrooms (cut in small pieces)

2 green onions (cut in small pieces)

2 pieces of ginger (cut in small pieces)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon starch

2 teaspoons soy sauce

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

How do you turn these into a delicious dish?

  1. Mix the starch and 3 teaspoons water in a bowl
  2. Put stuffing into a bowl with mixed starch (from step 1), ginger, mushrooms, salt, and sesame oil. Use a spoon to stir them in one direction for 5 minutes.
  3. Boil the eggs and peel the shells. Next wrap the eggs with the stuffing; the wrap should be at least 1 cm thick. It should look like a ball (like the picture).
  4. Put vegetable oil into a wok and heat the oil over medium-high and add meatballs. When the color of the meatballs turn to a golden color, add sugar, soy sauce, and 5 tablespoons water.
  5. Boil them for 5 minutes, and then fry them for 30 seconds.
  6. Cut open from the middle side of the meatball (as shown in the picture), and put them on a plate.
