What do you need?

15 baked cashews (unsalted)
½ pound of chicken breast (1cm x 2cm pieces)
½ piece of celery (sliced)
1 carrot (sliced)
1 green onion (cut into small pieces)
 
1 teaspoon salt
1.5 teaspoons sugar
¼ teaspoon ginger powder
1.5 teaspoons starch 
3 soupspoons cold water
1.5 soupspoons vegetable oil

How do you turn these into a delicious dish?

1. Put celery, carrots, green onions and chicken into a bowl. Add 1/3 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon sugar, ¼ teaspoon ginger powder, and ½ teaspoon starch. Stir evenly and mix fully. Set aside for 5 minutes.
2. In a separate bowl mix 1 teaspoon starch and 3 soupspoons cold water. Set aside for later. 
3. Heat wok to medium-high and add ½ teaspoon oil. Add the green onion, celery, and carrot.
4. Add 1 teaspoon sugar and 2/3 teaspoon salt. Fry for about 1-2 minutes before putting into a bowl.
5. Put 1 soupspoon vegetable oil into the wok at medium-high heat. Put the chicken into the oil and fry it quickly. When the color of the chicken turns golden, add celery and carrots and fry for 30 seconds. 
6. Add cashews and put the bowl of starch into the wok, fry for about 30 seconds.
