What do you need?

1.5 pound pork tenderloin

1 clove of garlic

1 green onion

2 teaspoons tomato paste

1/2 teaspoon hot chili oil

1 teaspoon vinegar

4 teaspoons sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon starch

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

How do you turn these into a delicious dish?

1.     Wash the pork, garlic, and green onion. Cut the pork tenderloin into small squares (about 1cm). Put the pieces of pork into a bowl. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1 teaspoon starch. Mix and marinate for 5 minutes.

2.     Cut the garlic and the green onion into small pieces but do not mix them together.

3.     To make the sauce: Put tomato paste, chili oil, vinegar, 3 teaspoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and garlic into a bowl and mix together.

4.     Put 2 tablespoons vegetable oil into a wok, heat oil over medium-high, add pork and fry for 1 minute.

5.      Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil into the wok and add the sauce, when boiling, add the pork and fry for 1 minute. Add the green onion and turn off the wok.
