What do you need?
-----------------------

  • 15-25 fresh uncooked medium to large size shrimp
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3-5 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ cup of beer
  • 3-5 green onions
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Chinese soybean sauce

How do you turn these into a delicious dish?

1-     Remove shells from shrimp, leaving tails intact. Remove back veins from shrimp. Slice green onion into thin threads (1-2 inches long).

2-     Heat oil in wok over medium-high, fry all of the shrimp in the hot oil for about 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

3-     Add sugar, soybean sauce, and salt all at once. Stir them thoroughly for 3-5 minutes (set heat power to high)

4-     Add sliced green onion and stir for about 30 seconds
