What do you need?

15 fresh shrimp

1/2 pound walnuts (baked, unsalted)

1/2 of a green bell pepper (sliced)

1/2 of a red bell pepper (sliced)

 

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar

2 teaspoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

How do you turn these into a delicious dish?

  1. Wash the shrimp and peppers.
  2. Put 1 tablespoon vegetable oil into the wok, heat oil over medium-high and fry the shrimp. When the shrimp turn red, add walnuts and pepper slices and fry them for 3 minutes.
  3. Add salt, sugar, and soy sauce. Fry for 1 minute.

 

DONE and DELICIOUS!
