There are no synonyms for million and billion in Chinese and they are expressed in a different way. And there are special terms in Chinese for ten thousand and for a hundred million.

1. One hundred or 100 .

一yì 百bǎi。

2. One hundred and three or 103 .

一yì 百bǎi 零líng 三sān。

3. Four hundred and sixty-five or 465 .

四sì 百bǎi 六liù- 十shí- 五wǔ。

4. two thousand and three or 2003 .

两liǎng 千qiān 零líng 三sān。

5. One thousand nine hundred and forty-nine or 1949 .

一yì 千qiān 九jiǔ 百bǎi 四sì- 十shí- 九jiǔ。
