There are no synonyms for million and billion in Chinese and they are expressed in a different way. And there are special terms in Chinese for ten thousand and for a hundred million.

6. “Wan” is used to show ten thousand or 10,000 .

万wàn 表biǎo- 示shì 十shí 千qiān。

7. My annual salary is 30,000 dollars .

我wǒ- 的de 年nián- 薪xīn 是shì 三sān- 万wàn 美měi- 元yüán。

8. “Yi” is used to show a hundred million or 100,000,000 .

亿yì 表biǎo- 示shì 一yì- 百bǎi 个gè 百bǎi- 万wàn。

9. One million equals to 100 Wan .

一yì 百bǎi- 万wàn 等děng-于yǘ一yì-百bǎi个gè万wàn。

10. One billion equals to 10 Yi .

十shí- 亿yì 等děng- 于yǘ 十shí 个de 亿yì。
